Most Likely The Most Powerful Vision Exercise To Rebuild Your Vision
There’re many vision exercises out there that you could undertake to enhance your eyesight. Few of them are doubtlessly worthy, some are only alright, and others are just a waste of time. How will you distinguish which is which?
That is my question 2 years ago. Ever since then, I have carefully use all the vision exercises I was aware of and charted my progress. How did they do? My outcome astonished me.
One fifth of the vision therapy I implemented was accountable for 80% of my progress. I write down note of these eye exercises and grouped them as what I named “the basics”. These eye exercises, I believed, are the foundation of every vision improvement regime.
In this article, I would like to show you one of these eye exercises. It is named “palming”. It may sound too straight-forward but believe me, it works. It goes like the following:
Make sure you are seated for this eye exercises. Close your eyes and lightly place your palms on them, so that you could see no light. Imagine the tense in your neck and shoulders are dissipating. Imagine anything that relaxes you. It could be any one thing. A beautiful beach? A quiet farm house surrounded by enormous field of flowers, perhaps.
When you palm, make sure you arrange a countdown watch so that you will not be anxious about how long you’ve been doing it. Palm for a total of 10 minutes, three times a day. Once when you wake up in the morning, once during your short-break from work and once just before you go to bed.
Palming in the morning allows you to apply a standard for the rest of the day. The one in the middle of the day allows your eyes to relax and regulate stress. While the one in the evening loosen your eyes and prepares it for sleep.
