Best Way To Lose Body Fat. Period

Have you been searching for the best way to lose body fat? Here’s my short story.

I had become despondent with my weight, the way I looked and my self-confidence. It was also affecting relationships with other people.

To lose that excess 40lbs of fat was a life changer for me – I had renewed energy, drive and self-belief.

Now what I am going to share with you is no guarantee. I simply don’t know if you are going to take action and follow through to completion. That is in your hands, not mine.

My role is to provide you with the support and the strategies that I followed to create my lean body – possibly it’s the best way to lose body fat.

Here are 5 key steps that you should follow if you are confused about fat loss, despondent about the way you look and struggling for consistency in your daily battle to burn fat fast:

1. You must have absolute certainty that you need to change. Without that cast iron certainty, there is just no way that you will follow through. It can’t be a half-baked idea, “oh, it’s about time I lost some weight”. It will just not be sufficent. It needs to be more committed and explicit than that. You need 100% certainty.

2. You need goals and a plan to achieve them – failing to plan is planning to fail. You need to define what the end game is and how you are going to get there. You need to know the best way to lose body fat for you. How much weight do you want to lose? By when do you want to lose it? Your goals need to be stretchy but they also need to be realistic. If you need to lose a significant amount of weight, then you need to ‘chunk’ – break the bigger goal into smaller goals. These smaller goals will be more achievable in a shorter time frame and demonstrate that you are gaining momentum.

3. Here’s a great quote – “Success is a few simple disciplines practised every day”. It’s by the late Jim Rohn. To eat healthily and to eat excercise regularly you need to develop great habits and apply daily consistency. Without the consistency – which is achieved through having absolute certainty that you will achieve your goals – you will quickly revert back to your bad habits. This is not the best to way to lose body fat. Creating good habits takes time. It won’t happen over night. There may be times where you fall off the wagon. The key is not to despair. Understand what you are trying to achieve and why – regroup, refocus and get back to applying consistency to your daily routine.

4. Eating healthy foods is the best way to burn fat fast. You should be targeting balanced meals of lean protein, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats. Don’t forget the vegetables and fruit too. You should be eating 5-6 small portioned meals every day. Don’t even consider restricting your calories – this is counter-productive. Starvation or restrictive diets pull your metabolism down to standstill causing your body to store fat. Eating small portions often will help keep your metabolism elevated – ideal for fat burning.

5. You need to get active 3-4 times a week. I don’t mean stepping on a treadmill and plodding along at low intensity for 30 minutes. That simply is not the best way to lose body fat. What I am talking about here is high intensity resistance training and high intensity interval training. Allow me to explain what I mean. High intensity exercise keeps your workouts to less than 30 minutes, but more importantly keeps your metabolism elevated for up to 48 hours. Resistance training also creates muscle. This not only makes you look great, but also raises your metabolism at rest. The bottom line is that more muscle means more calories burned whilst resting. Quite simply it’s the best way to lose body fat.

So there it is – the best way to lose body fat in 5 steps. Now it’s up to you. You have a decision to make. Are you committed to change or are you going to do the same things as you have always done?

The decision in itself is an easy one.

It’s what you do next that is may be a little more intimidating.

But it shouldn’t be. In reality, there is little pain or loss associated with losing weight. May you should try to to forget what you are going to miss out on and focus on what you are moving towards.
