Reiki Attunement — An Old But Effective Cure.

So what is a reiki attunement exactly? It is all about becoming connected with the life force energy of creation.

The concept of reiki comes from Japan. The word expresses the universal life energy.

The truth is that reiki is a ancient cure. It was known way back, in the old Sanskrit Sutras. That was about 2500 years ago. Apparently Mikao Usui rediscovered it in the 19th century. The Usui System of reiki is what we call it since then. Learn more about systems like Usui right here: reiki attunement

When you give Reiki to yourself or to others, you gently lay your hand on, or slightly above the body. The one who is the giver of the reiki-energy, is called the channel, and through the hand this energy is given to the receiver.

Reiki, relaxing and pleasant, works nicely on a physical level. It works on the emotional level too, and it creates confidence. It assist you to feel balanced and more alive. On the mental level it works, helping you to cope with everyday stress better.

There are many reiki forms. There is: Usui-Reiki, Karuna Reiki or Shamballa Reiki, and WhiteLight Self-Empowerment. I can’t imagine one system being better than another. I think all the many different forms of reiki will work together well. Here you can learn more about the system with the highest frequency: reiki attunement

You will have to learn anywhere between one to four degrees of reiki. Each degree probably comes with an attunement to initiate you into the energy of that degree.

An example of a first degree:

A First Degree

•Learn a basic knowledge about reiki, and hands-on healing method.
•Be instructed about Aura and Chakra.
•“Attunements” that will empower you to be a reiki channel, as You are initiated into reiki.
•After the initiation the reiki energy will flow through your hands, and you will be a reiki practitioner (healer).
