What’s the truth about self worth?

Self confidence is the cornerstone of who we’re, and what we do, turn out to be and have in this life.

I grew up with low self confidence, in reality I think that everyone has them to some degree. The difference is whether you control your self worth problems, or your self worth problems control you.

Would having much more self worth be advantageous to you in your day to day life?

I have 3 suggestions which will assist you to to improve your self worth, these suggestions are proven suggestions, I have effectively used them on myself, and on my numerous coaching customers.

1. Eliminate negative self talk

Your self talk has a massive impact on your self worth, and your self worth has a dramatic impact on how you view your self. How you view your self also has a dramatic impact on your state of mind. The much more positive your self talk, the much more positive your self worth, the much more positive your state of mind.

2. List your characteristicsSit back and write a listing of all your qualities. These may be something, they may range from making ideal scrambled eggs, to becoming able to ride a unicycle. It doesn’t matter in the event you think that they’re silly, or stupid, or that everyone may do them, all that matters is that you create a list of things that you are very good at.

3. Change your physiology

Your physiology (how you hold your body) and your mental state are inherently linked.

Modifying the way you hold your physiology will alter your state instantly.

Attempt this:

Stand up straight, feet shoulder size away from each other, head held up-right searching forward, shoulder area back. Do you notice how you immediately really feel much more self-confident and assured?

Now drop shoulders, hang your face down, and slob. You instantly really feel down, depressed and tired, that’s the energy of your physiology.

Change your physiology to one of confidence and you will immediately begin to really feel much better about your self, your self worth will get an instant increase.
