Goji Berries, Promote Health
The goji berries of Tibet have long been patronized by Tibetans due to their high nutritional value. They have closely monitored this fruit as outsiders may exploit it once its powerful health benefits are known. It was not long ago that goji berries were introduced to the world. Experts found the berries to be dense with vitamins, minerals and other substances beneficial to health. Goji berries are found to be high in antioxidants, magnesium, protein, zinc and many more. Thay also contain unique polysaccharides that inhibit the production of cancer cells. Goji berries although small in size are really quite remarkable!
