First what you have to do is assuming a leadership role. Think how the leadership role and the leader suppose to look. There is something that present in leader person that simply other people do not posses. What is this? This is the ability to influence others. And those people have the perception how to do that.

Taking the role of leader is helping them to communicate in better way with others, and helps them to maintain and build better relationships with other. This leader role makes other person trust you and rely on you that is why you have to be responsible for those people, if you made your mind and decided to accept the role of leader.

To influence other people you should show that you actually care about them. People will appreciate such gesture and will also help you back, and this will also helps you to build with people stronger relationships. Another good point is your smile. Don’t forget to smile as it brings positive emotions and also bring people together. Smile is a gesture of good intensions and a feeling of safety. And you will feel also better if you smile to someone, so this is useful for you, too.

To influence other people you should remember to help others unconditionally. This is means that the people would be more willing to give back twice as much if you did an initial to help them.

And to make your help more pleasant, don’t ask people to return the favor, any way they would want to help you back afterwards. And if you do such a mistake they could think that you do that because you want something from them. Make some time pass ad people do the favor for you in return for sure.

You should always remember that very tiny and small factors can influence relationships with other people. And can play to a very major role. For example, the words of praise to others will be more then enough to influence and make other person feel better and work much better.

Yes these simple words of praise, understanding, sympathy and others may not only influence others, but also gain you new and loyal friends. And sometimes this is even better than the role of leader. Don’t you think so? Friend will always help you and be with you in times when you feel bad.
